Each piece is made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch.

What Is Your Return Policy?

You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How Do I Return or Exchange an Item?

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Free UK Returns

We offer free returns for UK customers. Please ensure you retain proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost parcels in transit.
